Shipping
Freight windows you can plan around.
Shipping policy covers warehouse releases and mill-direct loads destined for commercial docks. Exact transit times depend on origin, mode, and appointment rules at your facility.
Lead times
Stocked grades at a PrintersDom hub typically release within one to three business days after confirmation, subject to carrier capacity. Mill-direct programs follow the production slot stated on the confirmation.
Modes
We ship LTL, truckload, and, for eligible converting lots, consolidated regional freight. Buyer-routed carriers are accepted when account setup is complete and liability terms are clear.
Packing & protection
Skids and rolls leave with moisture-aware wrap and corner protection appropriate to the grade. Special packing for export or long-haul humidity routes can be specified at quote time.
Receiving
Provide dock hours, appointment requirements, forklift capacity, and any limited-access notes before the first load. Detention caused by incomplete receiving instructions may be billed through.
Damage in transit
Note visible damage on the delivery receipt, photograph packaging and product, and contact us the same day with the PRO or lot reference. Do not discard material until the claim path is confirmed.
Storage after delivery
Acclimate stock to pressroom conditions before running. Improper warehouse humidity after delivery is outside mill or carrier defect categories.

Logistics
Four North American hubs, mill partners beyond.
Ask your account manager which origin will serve a given grade so freight assumptions stay honest.
